For anyone Baldur’s Gate 3 fans out there, Larian Studios has officially announced the upcoming physical release of Baldur’s Gate 3: Deluxe Edition for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
The highly-anticipated roleplaying game will get a physical release in Q1 2024, giving players the chance to get their hands on some exclusive physical and digital goodies.
Pricing and Availability of Baldur’s Gate 3 Deluxe Edition
The Baldur’s Gate 3: Deluxe Edition will retail for $79.99 US and will be sold exclusively through Larian Studios’ dedicated online store. This is not a limited Collector’s Edition, so expect restocks to be available after release.
The PC version will include a DVD with a custom installer and Steam key. PS5 copies will come on two discs while the Xbox Series X version will be spread across three discs due to the sheer size of the game.
Physical and Digital Contents
Fans who purchase the Deluxe Edition will get an oversized exclusive game box and physical game discs. But Larian Studios is also packing in some nice physical items like an original soundtrack CD, cloth map of the Forgotten Realms, fabric patches, stickers, and an art print poster.
On the digital side, the Deluxe Edition grants access to all the existing digital deluxe extras. That includes additional in-game item packs, a pack of original bard songs, an exclusive dice skin for rolling checks in-game with flair, digital paintings, the game’s soundtrack in lossless quality, and a digital art book.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Xbox Digital Version Info Coming Soon
While the physical Deluxe Edition was just announced, Larian Studios says the release date for the Xbox digital version will be revealed during The Game Awards 2022 on December 7. So mark your calendars if you’re an Xbox owner waiting to return to Baldur’s Gate on console.

Baldur’s Gate 3 first hit early access on PC in August 2023 before launching in full on September 29, 2023. The game then made its way to PlayStation 5 in September 2023 as well, letting even more fans experience Larian’s incredible revival of the classic RPG series.
